1. Using the website

You may use this website to learn about our services and make legitimate inquiries. To request services, you must be at least 18 and authorized to discuss the project. You must provide accurate contact and project information and must not impersonate another person or submit a request on someone else’s behalf without permission.

The website is not an emergency-response service. Do not rely on an online request for an immediate response to an urgent hazard.

2. Estimate requests are not bookings

Submitting a request, providing photos, or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not book an appointment, authorize work, or create an obligation for either party to proceed.

We review requests and may ask for additional information or an on-site assessment before providing or confirming an estimate. We may decline a request that is outside our service scope, availability, or ability to perform the work lawfully and safely.

An agreement may be formed separately when we and you accept the applicable scope, price, and other terms, including through an agreed written or electronic estimate. Nothing in these Terms makes an otherwise valid service agreement nonbinding.

3. Pricing and project conditions

Prices described as “starting at” are starting prices for the stated service, not a fixed price for every project. Estimates based on photos or descriptions may be preliminary and depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

The scope and price may depend on factors such as site conditions, access, the vent or installation layout, materials, and the work requested. Any assessment, travel, or other charge will be disclosed before you agree to incur it. We will present the total price for the agreed work, including any applicable taxes and additional charges, for your approval before work begins.

If additional work or a price change becomes necessary, we will explain it and obtain your approval before proceeding with that additional or changed work. These Terms do not authorize us to change an accepted service agreement unilaterally.

4. Service area and scheduling

Our advertised service area includes Spokane, Spokane Valley, Deer Park, and Airway Heights in Washington, and Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene in Idaho, as well as surrounding areas subject to confirmation.

A city or service listed on the website does not guarantee availability for every address or project. We confirm service eligibility and scheduling individually. A preferred date or time submitted through the website is a request, not a confirmed appointment.

5. Photos and other submissions

You retain ownership of the photos and other materials you submit. By submitting them, you give us permission to receive, store, reproduce, and use them as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request, communicate with you, plan or document related work, and handle related service matters or claims. Service providers assisting us may process them for those purposes.

This permission does not authorize us to publish your photos for advertising or portfolio use without separate permission.

Submit only materials you own or have permission to share. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files, or another person’s confidential information without authority. Please exclude unnecessary identifying documents, medical information, passwords, and financial details.

6. Website content and prohibited use

Website text, branding, photographs, graphics, and other content belong to us or their respective owners and may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and save information for your personal evaluation of our services. Other use is subject to applicable law and any permission required from the rights holder.

You must not use the website to send spam or fraudulent requests, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, or misuse information about other people. We may take reasonable steps to prevent or stop such misuse.

These website limitations do not disclaim our obligations under an accepted service agreement, excuse misrepresentations, or exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not create a waiver of claims involving personal injury, property damage, or the services we perform.

8. Applicable law and disputes

Washington law governs these website Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory protections that apply to you or to work performed in another state, including Idaho, remain in effect.

Please contact us with a concern so that we can try to address it. This is not a condition for exercising a legal right or filing a claim. Any legal proceeding may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue under applicable law.

9. Changes and separate agreements

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted service agreement or waive rights relating to earlier events. When new acceptance is required, we will request it.

A separate agreement for actual work controls the matters it covers. If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
