When you contact us by phone, text, email, or an available website form, you may provide your name, phone number or email address, preferred contact method, ZIP code, requested service, job description, preferred timing, and photographs. You may also provide a service address or additional project details when discussing or arranging work.

We may keep correspondence and records related to your request, estimates, appointments, and work performed.

Please provide only information relevant to your project. Do not send Social Security numbers, government identification documents, account passwords, full payment-card details, or medical records through our estimate form.

2. Photographs and project details

Photos can help us understand the work you are requesting. They may also reveal people, possessions, documents, addresses, or other private details. Photo files can contain metadata, such as the time or location where an image was taken.

Upload only photos you have the right to share. Whenever possible, crop out people, identifying documents, medical information, and anything unrelated to the work. You do not need to provide photos to request an estimate.

We use submitted photos for reviewing your request, planning or documenting related work, and handling service-related questions or claims. We will not publish your submitted photos in advertising, on social media, or in a project portfolio without separate permission.

3. Website technical information

When you visit our website, the systems used to deliver and protect it may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and error or security logs.

Our website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or cookies or browser storage for analytics or advertising. We do not use the website to track your activity across other companies’ websites for advertising. Our website does not change its practices in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

When online estimate submission is enabled, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical browser, device, and network signals for this security purpose. It is not used by us for advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to review and respond to requests, communicate about estimates, assess service availability, arrange appointments, perform and document agreed work, and handle related customer-service matters.

We also use information as reasonably necessary to maintain business records, protect our systems and business, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

5. When we share information

We may provide information to service providers that help us operate our website, deliver communications, store information, or support business administration. These providers may process information to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or lawful requests, obtain professional advice, address an insurance or legal claim, or protect people, property, and legal rights. We limit disclosures to information relevant to the purpose. We may disclose information when you direct or authorize us to do so.

We do not sell or rent your personal information or disclose it to other businesses for their own marketing.

6. Calls, texts, and email

We use the contact information you provide to communicate about your request and related services, taking account of your selected contact method.

If you request a text reply or send us a text, we may text you about that request and related scheduling or service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to stop texts or contact us to change your communication preferences. You may also ask us to stop calling or emailing you about your request.

Submitting an estimate request does not sign you up for promotional calls or texts. Any permission to discuss your request is limited to that purpose and related services, not unrelated marketing.

7. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Relevant considerations include whether an estimate is still active, whether work has been performed, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and any ongoing warranty matter, dispute, or legal obligation. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide the required notice.

8. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit a request, leave optional fields blank, or contact us without uploading photos. We may need certain contact and project information to respond or arrange services.

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. We consider requests in light of applicable law and our legitimate recordkeeping needs. Some information may need to be retained, including records required by law or needed for an ongoing service matter or legal claim. We may also retain a limited record of a request not to contact you so that we can respect that choice.

We will honor any additional privacy rights that apply to you under applicable law.

9. Children and third-party services

Our website and services are intended for adults arranging home services, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through our website.
